The Soulful Dog Rescue is a non profit 501C3 and Save a shelter pet medical fund was formed because of the knowledge that hundreds of medical Dogs and cats were falling through the cracks and were being Euthanized daily within the 6 Los Angeles animal shelters. Because of minor and major medical problems that often can easily me remedied with outside second party funding.
